AI Agent Terms of Use

1. Acceptance
By purchasing or using any of the AI agents offered (Fitness Agent, Game Day Agent, Dating Wingman Agent) or custom builds such as a Custom AI Team, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the products.
2. Digital product delivery
- All agents are delivered electronically as a downloadable zip file, emailed within 24–48 hours after your intake form and payment are received.
- You will receive an email with instructions on how to download and set up your agent. You need your own AI account to use it. We are not affiliated with any AI provider. No physical goods are shipped.
- All sales are final. No refunds. Because each agent is a digital, custom-built product delivered electronically, no refunds are given once a purchase is made. See the refund policy.
3. License and personal use
- You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased agent for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the software or any part of it with others is prohibited.
4. No guarantees of results
The agents are tools that provide suggestions and information. We make no guarantee that you will achieve any specific outcome, result, or benefit from using them.
5. Entertainment and information only
All content generated by the agents is provided for entertainment and general informational purposes only. It is not professional advice and should not be relied upon as a basis for important decisions without your own independent judgment.
6. Game Day Agent – legal responsibility
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that any sports-related activity you choose to take part in complies with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction. We do not monitor or control how the information is used.
7. AI-generated content disclosure
The agents generate responses using artificial intelligence. All responses, suggestions and drafts are computer-generated and not created by a human expert.
8. No professional advice

9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the agents, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific agent.
10. User responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when prompted by an agent.
- Use the agents in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- For any Custom AI Team or Voice/Phone Team project, you are solely responsible for call-recording disclosure and consent. You must tell callers when calls are recorded or handled by an AI team, obtain any consent required by the laws of your jurisdiction, and make sure your use complies with applicable laws.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from the software.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The latest version will be posted on the website. Continued use of the agents after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
